"We have had some agencies in the past who have not done the necessary checks on the candidates they sent us and who we felt did not take the responsibility they have seriously.
Greek nannies had a very personal approach towards us and were familiar with the candidates they were sending us. I was very pleasantly surprised that although ours was not an easy booking (as it was part time), that Greek Nannies were able to put forward several candidates who were qualified for the position and had all the references and documentation that we requested for our nanny ready for us.

Before discovering Greek nannies, I reached out to a few agencies that friends had recommended and had used in the past. I was sent a lot of resumes, all seemingly great candidates.
My concern was that because I had spent very little time actually discussing my needs with the agency, they would not really know the right candidates to send me.
I felt that i would be looking at resume after resume and interviewing at no end without great results, and many friends had warned me that it was a long process.
With Greek nannies, I spoke with the ladies countless times and went over in great detail what i was looking for. Perhaps their rolodex was slightly smaller than some of the larger agencies but they sent me a few excellent candidates from the beginning.
