Once you have passed the interview stage you will be registered with us. We will then create a file with your profile. We will use a uniform style to present all candidates profiles so that selection is not dependent on CV presentation.

We only provide families with candidates’ files that match their requirements and our nannies’ preferences.

​Interviews and placements

Once an interview has been agreed with a family, we can help you prepare for the interview. This means providing you with a report on the position you are applying for and some general interview tips to ensure that you are comfortable meeting your potential employers.

We will give you feedback after the interview, and ask for it in turn. Some clients may wish to conduct a second interview before making a final decision.

If you accept a job offer from one of our clients, we can advise you and the family on setting up your contract of employment. Although we will always be available to help you with queries during your placement you should be confident that you are clear on what the contract states; what your responsibilities are and what you can expect from your employer.
